• I coach people because I am a natural leader who loves to see people become the best version of themselves physically and mentally.  I love the challenge of helping people change their bodies and lifestyles for the better.
     
  • I am 6'2" tall and weigh 205 lbs. 
     
  • I was a competitive swimmer, water-polo, and tennis player as well as a certified sailor and scuba diver.
     
  • My mom put me in Ballet/Tap/Jazz when I was 6 yrs. old which I continued for 7 years until I was 13 because I thought it wasn't cool anymore (I owe majority of balance and coordination to these arts so "thanks mom!")
     
  • I have a son, Elias, who cracks me up all the time.
     
  • I attended Cal Poly where I received a Bachelor's in Kinesiology, the study of anatomy and physiology of human body and its processes.
     
  • I love to travel.  Germany was most surprisingly fun, France has best food, and Morocco has craziest drivers.
     
  • I love fast cars and bikes although they both get me into too much trouble, so I have owned and sold both.  ;-)
     
  • I love coffee but try to drink tea most of the time.
     
  • I love fancy clothes because I wear sweats all day (like to dress up on the weekend).
     
  • I do yoga to stay limber, even though it bores me to death.
     
  • I am a huge foodie, but usually wait till the weekends to eat out at Portland's fine restaurants.  I keep it clean 5-6 days a week.
     
  • I am not a meat-head,  I work out primarily because it helps me enjoy my life to the fullest.
