About DavidI have a Bachelor's degree from CalPoly in Kinesiology/Exercise Physiology. I have been a personal trainer for ten years, and before that I spent five years working in physical therapy and athletic training.From exercise to nutrition, I know the ins and outs of the human system. I have trained people from ages 12-87. I've helped many people lose weight; but I have also created training programs that enhance sports performance for runners, adventure racers, swimmers, dancers, gymnasts, golfers, and for football, basketball, baseball, rugby, and soccer players. I also help athletes recover from sports injuries. I trained firefighters and military personnel at Fort Hunter Liggett in California, where I redesigned their nutritional and exercise programs. During the summer, I run an outdoor boot camp based on the same principles. Being a personal trainer really is a great job.
