Weight LossExperience a full-body conversion!I will assess your physical fitness level and create a workout program tailored to your goals, body type, and lifestyle. Our sessions will last one hour, and we will meet at the gym one to three times per week. During our sessions, I will lead you through a warm-up, core strengthening exercises, weight lifting, and finish off with flexibility training. The exercises vary during each session, so as to strengthen every single muscle in your body. Once a month, I will give you a progress report. As the pounds melt away and your physical fitness level improves, I will adjust your program accordingly to eliminate plateaus. I can also give you nutritional guidance and help you make healthy food choices, whether it's at a restaurant or at the grocery store. Once you've reached your goal, you will look better and feel better than ever before! You will be able to live the healthy lifestyle you've always dreamed about. I will also give you the tools to maintain your fitness level for a long, healthy life! |
Toning/Muscle GainDo you want to be stronger? Do you want hard, lean muscle? Let me show you how.I will tailor a program to match your physical fitness goals. I can create a workout program to meet your toning or muscle gain goals. Our one-hour sessions will be in the gym, one to three times per week. Will show you advanced core exercises and weight lifting techniques to target specific muscle groups and make you a better athlete. We'll also work on balance, speed, agility, flexibility, and injury prevention. If your goal is to grow your muscles, I will create a workout program to meet your goals. During our one-hour sessions, I will show you big muscle movements that will maximize your muscle growth potential. Nutritional guidance and maintenance is also included. |

Half-Hour ProgramMy 30-minute program is for people who live and work on a tight schedule. I will assess your physical fitness and create an exercise program that fits your goals and maximizes your available time. Whether you want to lose weight, tone, or gain muscle, I can create a fitness routine that fits into half an hour. Just like my other fitness programs, we'll meet in the gym to do core strengthening and weight resistance training exercises. |
In-Home trainingDon't like the gym? Can't get away? No worries. I can train you at your home!I will create a workout regimen that fits your home and your physical fitness goals. In-home training is available for weight loss or toning/muscle gain programs. One-hour sessions only. |
Guided Supermarket TourWhen it comes to living healthy, exercise is only half of the equation. You need to know how to eat right... for life. I will visit your favorite grocery store with you to show you how to shop healthy. I'll identify red flag ingredients, and show you which aisles to keep away from altogether. Once we're done, you'll be the master of your supermarket! |
